The issue here looks to be that Webmin RPC calls use ports 10001 and up
as part of their communication, so if you only allow port 10000 then 
RPC will not work. I recommend opening 10000-10010 in your firewall, and
perhaps even higher if you expect lots of concurrent RPC traffic.
