I'm writing a patch for inspector that is giving me a linker error that I'm not able \
                to track down since I don't have a windows build setup.

I can't find where the symbols for WebSocketHandshakeRequest and \
WebSocketHandshakeResponse are exported because WebSocketFrame would need something \
similar.
