I'm forwarding this on behalf of another group. It's an inexpensive
conference which may be of interest to members in Australia or those
of you looking for a junket in a hot country (it's definitely warm
here at the moment).
Administrivia: Although I live in the same town as this conference, I
am not doing it for that reason. In general, I do not mind one or two
posts per conference as long as the conference has some relevance to
webappsec, where "one or two" posts is like the CFP, a post for early
bird registrations, and at most a last minute announcement such as this.
thanks,
Andrew

Read about Wietse and his tools here http://www.porcupine.org/wietse/.
He will be giving us two talks at SECURECon and will be available
throughout both days to chat to.
Neal Wise will be back a third time with Adam Pointon to talk on the
security implications of VoIP. Some of our other technical talks will
be on WiFi traffic injection and honeypots, Apache Mod Security and
hardening Windows Server 2003.
There will also be case studies on Identity Driven Networking (IDN)
and Digital Rights Management (DRM) including a panel discussion.

This year for the first time SECURECon will include a casual

Everyone will order whatever they like and pay themselves.
Mark's Place has pizzas, pastas and other main meals
ranging from $6.80-$18.50. Tick the box in registration
if you want to come so we can book seats.
Last year's free reception on Friday evening was very popular with
