Hello Charles,

Your patron can set sharing permissions on individual files in their google
drive.

However, I'd recommend they create a folder within the drive and put all
the files inside. Then set the folder sharing permissions to as open as
they require and it will apply to all the files within that folder. Then
right click on the folder and choose to change the colour to something
noticeable like red so it is easy to remember that's a shared folder.
