MIT Lincoln Laboratory Knowledge Services, comprised of the Laboratory's
Research Library and Laboratory Archives, invites applications for the
position of an ILS/Catalog Administrator. This position oversees all
activities involved in the administration and management of our onsite Sirsi
Dynix Symphony catalog system in a complex and dynamic Federally Funded
Research and Development Center (FFRDC.) This is an excellent position for
a library/information science professional who is experienced with robust
library catalogs and who will be committed to creating and improving
information delivery services with an eye to the future.

Searching for an experienced library ILS administrator with strong API
skills to work with a small team of technical librarians and archives
professionals in a research library environment. The successful candidate
will be responsible for administering and maintaining our in-house catalog
system. This individual will also work with existing team members to
maintain the Vufind web interface to the catalog. Additionally, he/she will
work with the team to maintain other web applications that together comprise
our web presence at Lincoln Laboratory: Drupal, Coral subscriptions and
licensing tool, and the Omeka online exhibits software. All applications are
housed locally so Linux server experience will be important.
