Hi there<br>
<br>
At the moment we don't use a scheduling software, but I think I mentioned to you \
that we were hoping to change over (to a product I used in the past at a former \
library). I am still trying to convince my staff of the merits - they will get there \
in the end. Right now it's done in Publisher and is not interactive or useful at \
all.<br>
<br>
The product that I would highly recommend is <a href="http://www.whentowork.com/" \
target="_blank">http://www.whentowork.com/</a> Very cost-effective and I believe it \
will do most, if not all of what you want, including the optional items you \
listed.<br>
<br>
Thanks<br>
