One thing we have found helpful in group programming tasks is to set up a
single PC running VNC server with multiple PC's connecting to the shared PC
as VNC clients. Each client can view and/or control the shared machine. It's
not _exactly_ what you want, but it's a good start, and it's free.

 Anyone know if there is a hardware or software solution that
