Since I can't imagine that your IT department would have any issue with
size, I have to believe it is a usability concern. That is, it might be
better to divide the presentation into logical chunks so that the user
can view part of it at a time and easily come back later for more. I
have probably close to 100 presentations online, and if anyone gave me
any grief over disk space I'd give them $10 to buy another 5 gigabytes.
