Assuming that the Windows 95 policies work like NT policies, there are
three possible states for policy items: restricted (box checked), allowed
(box white), and ambiguous (box grey). Once you have set a restriction for
a user, you must change the policy setting to allowed. If you leave the
policy setting ambiguous (grey), the system will continue inforcing the
restrictions. I believe that you will need to create a new config.pol file
and specify that all the policy items are allowed.
