I built this and have been trying it out a little.  It seems to work
fine, and the problem with 'G' has been fixed!  Thank you very much.

Also, the mouse support that was broken in 0.1.9 now works in both
0.1.10 and 0.1.11-pre.

I did have a couple of problems compiling file.c.  I had to change the
"#elsif" at line 5566 to "#elif".  Then the compiler complained about
"code" being undeclared at line 5242.  I took a guess and put "#ifdef
JP_CHARSET" and "#endif" around that line.  It seems to work.
