Rubert,
	There is no magic behind, I swear !
	You can have a look at:

You'll see that the last comment is:
"Add missing includes"

Maybe you can have a look.
Anyway gcc output is rather comprehensible -compared to a certain 
proprietary compiler- so that you'll be able to fix everything in 2s.
