I've noticed that VTK installs parts of "verdict" in /usr/local/share.
It's only verdict that installs stuff there, none of the other third party
libs install anything but header files and libraries.

install_prefix/share/doc/vtk-6.0/verdict/1.2.0/
README
Verdict.doc
Verdict.htm
verdict_test.cpp

Is the installation of these files by VTK intentional?  In the verdict
CMakeLists.txt, the installation of these files is controlled by
INSTALL_NO_DEVELOPMENT, rather than by
INSTALL_NO_DOCUMENTATION.
