Hi,

I just got bitten by this bug:

http://public.kitware.com/Bug/view.php?id=6938

It affects both my VTK and PV latest release builds.

As the bug apparently isn't very fresh I was wondering why this has
been given up...? Are there any reliable workarounds? My unstructured
meshes are order of 100e6 tets,
