hi,

Last evening I finished the Python package structure changes.  I moved
the vtkGetDataRoot and the vtkRegressionTestImage functions to
vtk/util/misc.py.  vtkpython.py is still completely backwards
compatible.

I also added a README.txt in Wrapping/Python that documents the
changes.  It also has a few notes for Python packagers.

Let me know if there are problems.  I'll let folks test it out for a
week or so before announcing this on the vtkusers list.

All that remains is for me to add the blackbox test code.  I am
planning on adding them to Wrapping/Python/tests/ other suggestions
are welcome.  I'm not familiar with the Dart related code so don't
know if there are other places that these tests can be put.  Please do
let me know what you folks think.  If you dont remember what I'm
