Folks,
I've just added commit checks that will prevent checkins if:

1) There are ^M's in a file
2) There is no new line on the last line in a file
3) There are hard tabs

Only .c, .cxx and .h files are checked.

We have found these to be very useful in the Insight toolkit project.
