Vtiger send some receipt to the buyer. You could ask the buyer to forward the same.
But it is not perfect and definitely not scalable with a manual bit.

ok, but if Vtiger doesn't give me customer contact, how I can be sure that
this one that is activating, is coming from a new buy in Vtiger marketplace?
