I have submitted a new ticket which I think is a major defect :

I discovered this problem trying to understand why mssql database creation
returns error on each fk constraint.

See joined picture.

 

Going to investigate how vtigercrm is reacting to delete actions if we use
ON DELETE NO ACTION.
