I need to utilize the serial port on my wrap 2c board. I'm using Voyage 
as the base OS.
The project I'm hooking up to needs to receive data from the Wrap board 
at 2400 8N1. I think I dimly recall somewhere that the serial port (once 
released to be used) can only operate at 9600 or above.  Is this true, 
or does anyone know?
