Hi all,

I am using Vocal 1.5.0 on Linux Rh7.3and I have a problem getting calls from
H323 to SIP.

I'm trying to use the siph323csgw to connect two ATA186 boxes; one ATA box
is configured to H323 and the other is configured to SIP.

For the vocal, I am using the all-in-one configuration plus a digital dial
plan to direct certain calls from the Marshal Server to the siph323csgw.

The problem I encounter is that when placing a call from the H323 ATA box to
the SIP ATA box, after I pick up the phone on the SIP side and after a 200
Ok response is sent, the Vocal Marshal Server receives a SIP ACK message
from the siph323csgw (sent on behalf of the H323 side) but doesn't forward
it to the SIP ATA box.
The SIP ATA box keeps retrying sending 200 OK responses to the Marshal
Server, waiting for an ACK but after a 7 retries it quit and tears down the
call.

Does anyone know why the Marshal Server doesn't forward the ACK message it
receives from the siph323csgw?
In the MS log-file I can see that the ACK was received from the siph323csgw
and is not ms decides not to forward it; it states:
'DBUG bcWorker: MrshlOpAck.cxx:117 Route is empty, not for INVITE, don't
forward'

I will appreciate if anyone can give any information regarding this problem
Thanks

Yinon.

P.S.
I noted that the ACK message received at the MS doesn't contain the IP
address of the SIP ATA box anywhere, and it also doesn't have a 'route' or
'record-route' parameter.
This is how it looks like:
