Hi,

I have tuned the heartbeat interval with the provisioning UI and this has
reduced my multicast traffic for the 224.0.0.100 multicasts but I still am
getting 226.2.2.5 multicasts every 500 msec (from ten different ports)
and would like to reduce this traffic also.  This appears to come from:

   proxies/fs/vm/VmBasicProxy.cxx

Is there a way to change this to say every 2000 msec or so?
