     My two cents:  I favor a 100 kB limit.  Besides limiting viruses, this
would make it easier for archivers and those with slow connections.  Personally,
if I had a legitimate 100 kB to send out, I would include just a link in the
e-mail.  (I just checked:  my largest script is 33 kB.
