i've just put one up at http://www.zip.com.au/~raf2/vim/java.dict.gz [59KB]
it covers packages starting with java. and javax. from rt.jar (j2se 1.3)
it probably won't stay there so get it while you can :)

you can use jar tf to list the classes in a jar file,
javap to disassemble them all and vim to massage the
output into a dictionary file.
i'll streamline the process a bit and post the script :)
