Hello,

It would be really nice if it were possible to apply global commands
such as the widely used and well known ex :%s/ command to all windows
opened in vim (e.g. using the -o option on the command line), rather
than to just the current window. This would save a lot of typing,
especially when renaming variables in source and header files
where the renaming needs to be uniform across several files.
