Hi,

I have a java application running under linux that plays back an mp3 file.
During playback it should be possible by pressing a key to set the volume
of the playback to 0 and to initiate a voice command. So at this moment
there is a mp3 file playing and also viavoice should listen for a command.
Under windows this works fine but under linux I get an error message
(something like "could not open for recording, already in use" or something
like that).

Is this a bug or intentially programmed like this ?
Is there a workaround (besides not playing back and recording at the same
time) ?

regards
Steffen
