Hi All --

The encapsulation was successful with the workaround. Basically, when the 
system failed to reboot while coming out of the second reboot cycle from
encapsulation process, the root
slice was mounted on the "cdrom" and the following two lines were inserted
to the /etc/system file.
 
rootdev:/pseudo/vxio@0:0
set vxio:vol_rootdev_is_volume=1
 
The system was booted to all the way to multiuser mode with the
encapsulation in place. The system appeared
to be stable with no issues noticed.

=]  We're unable to encapsulate the root-drives on the Systems 
=]  running Solaris 10 upgrade 4 with Veritas VM 4.1 MP2 
=]  patches. All the required OS patches are installed on the 
=]  system. Every time an encapsulation attempt is made using 
=]  "vxdiskadm" it appears all is getting configured properly. 
=]  But on the second reboot during the encapsulation cycle, 
=]  the system couldn't just come-up.

=]  Just wondering, if anyone has encountered the same issues? 
=]  Any pointers will be a great help!
