Appendix C in the sysadmin guide(1) describes this process. There are
several tools which will automate this process.


(1) At least in version 4.1 it's appendix c. The feature's been shipping
with the product since... Maybe 3.2 or 3.5? Prior to that it was only
available via consulting.
