Subdisk Incache08 failed but relocation was not successful as indicated by the
root mail shown below.  Any suggestions on how to fix this so that we can
replace the failed disk? My search on google and sunsolve was unsuccessful.

System is E450 with VxVM 3.1 and Solaris 2.6.

Relocation was not successful for subdisks on disk Incache08 in
volume cache1 in disk group Incache.  No replacement was made and the
disk is still unusable.

The following volumes have storage on Incache08:
