I am curious to know what sort of experience there might be out there
moving from Solaris on Sparc to Solaris on x86 with Veritas products;
my particular interest is an HA (VCS) cluster that is currently sparc
based and could stand an update - I'm less concerned about the VCS part
than the filesystem part; hardware wise the x86 option has a lot going
for it on paper...

But that's "on paper" and has little to do with reality. I'll happily
take comments offline for those who don't wish to opinionate in public.

I'll also take any comments on the success of running on the x86 platform
regardless of migration issues. The sparc systems have been really solid...

Thanks

Tim
