Kamel,

	Sorry, missed that line in your email about it being under
/sbin. (This was a common problem with it being executed under
/usr/lib/inet/in.mpathd")

	The second most common error to this is that the command does
not match exactly. For example, some systems run /sbin/in.mpathd -a,
and in this case, the '-a' needs to be present.

	There were some patches for earlier versions, but since you're
running 4.0, I assume that you don't need these.

	Have you tried to kill the mpathd process and let VCS restart?

	Tom

This is what I have from main.cf

        MultiNICB Mnic_lightp1 (
                Critical = 0
                UseMpathd = 1
                MpathdCommand = "/sbin/in.mpathd"
                Device = { hme0 = 0, hme1 = 1 }
                NetworkHosts = { "10.33.151.2", "10.33.151.3" }
                DefaultRouter = "0.0.0.0"
                )

Fps#:sh# ps -aef |grep mpath
    root 22389 14138  0 00:14:59 pts/4    0:00 grep mpath
    root 23127     1  0   Apr 20 ?       112:18 /sbin/in.mpathd

What am I doing wrong ?

Kamal,

	Do a ps -ef | grep mpathd and find the mpathd process. Edit the
value for the attribute of the MpathdCommand for the MultiNicB resource
that you are using and change accordingly.
