Ed fails to note the fourth word of what he quoted:  offline.  :-)

Offline backups don't change; it's still simple, bulletproof bpsyncinfo.


The _online_, or "hot" catalog backups, AKA "catalog backups for
sissies," are a whole 'nuther thing.
