"bperror -backstat -hoursago xx" or "bperror -backstat -d mm/dd/yy -e
mm/dd/yy" where -d is date range start and -e is end.

"bpconfig -kl xx" will set the number of days (xx) to retain logs for bperror.
The default is 28 days.

If you want the last 3 months, I would think that you could restore the older
files that have already been purged. Each day has it's own log file. The
location is in netbackup/db/error/

The info in the Activity Monitor is from the netbackup/db/jobs and
netbackup/db/jobs/done folders. Retention for this is configured in

netbackup/db/jobs/job.conf

see ch. 6 of sys adm guide for details.

Hi All,

I would like to know if there is a command or a script that would display
all the backups taken place in the last 3 months on the command line.
Like the activity monitor but on the command line. Also my Activity Monitor
only display backups that happened in the last two weeks only.
Thanks and appreciate the response.
