It was pointed out that in 1.4, we fixed what was a bug - we stopped 
allowing a <WORD> token to be an argument in a directive/macro unless 
it was the first arg to a VM or the token 'in' in the foreach.  This 
broke backwards compatibility for at least one user's project.  I fixed 
and sent to user, so what I want to do is fix in 1.4 and HEAD, do a rc1 
for 1.4.1.  I'll be asking for a vote later.

Second, I want to get HEAD out as 1.5 to get the features in there out, 
and be able to get some of the new things in, like the event handler 
patch, float, et al in.  There will be a vote note out for that too.
