I apologize for the mixup...  I guess I need to fix that on the site.  I
didn't anticipate problems with it.
If you need me to e-mail it, that will work, otherwise you can go to the
www.sourceforge.net/projects/velocidoc project page and go to the releases
section. I'm sure they have it straight...
