The following change to {{VelocityViewServlet}} is causing {{VelocityLayout=
Servlet}} to no longer function properly.

{{VelocityLayoutServlet}} overrides the 3 argument version of {{mergeTempla=
te}}, which is no longer called from {{doRequest}} in {{VelocityViewServlet=
}}.=C2=A0 The result is the 2-pass layout logic is ignored.
