"vectrics.com"'s should state "vectrics.sample.com" as you stated.

Please consult the Ant documentation for running Ant on any environment.  Basically, \
you need to make sure your JDK runs first and then make sure the Ant bin directory is \
in your path.  "ant" will invoke Java and then perform the build within a virtual \
machine.
