Hey Mike,

Great product. Dont you think itd be great if we could have a little bit of \
decentralizing in the users that are created. For ex. If i have two recruiting \
managers, they login and assigne themselves the "encounters" on the resumes and \
schedule their POA for the day. and finally if i have an admin. configured with all \
privelages and who is the hiring manager as well, to be able to see what work his \
subordinates are doing ! Also he should be in a position to assign work to the second \
subordinate if the first one goes on leave. Once the Hiring manager, interviews the \
candidates, then an email can be sent to a bunch of directors showing the resume of \
the candidate and asking their approval.  This additional functionality to the \
product will make it bounce around the globe.  :D
