Hi,
You can checkout this
https://ovirt-system-tests.readthedocs.io/en/latest/general/running_tests/index.html
for further steps.
If you have setup your env correctly as in
https://ovirt-system-tests.readthedocs.io/en/latest/general/installation/index.html
.
You can begin by running ./run_suite.sh <suite-name>
Eg: ./run_suite.sh hc-basic-suite-master
