It is not complete!  Do not attempt to use in production.  I've added
what I've tested fully on my end.  The valias functions are not there
because although I'm using the valias schema from the old module, the
valias entries will be under their associated domain, rather than all
under one organizationalUnitName entry.

That being said, I wanted to put it up there for people to play with
if they wished, and to make comments.

You should be able to add and delete domains and users, authenticate
against users, and deliver mail to users.

You will find the new code in the trunk along with a few other minor
changes.
