And that's one of the GREAT advantages of some of the Open Source Licenses,
that Sun is using mostly (e.g.: OpenSolaris): You can take the source, and
create closed source products out of it! You are NOT forced to give that all
back to the community. So, if any investor feels happy to create a new product
out of it, he can do so...

Sadly, this does not apply to VirtualBox, VBox is handled by the GPL V2,
so this does not apply here... ;-(
