There are enough samples out there how to use events (e.g. in 
vboxshell.py), and to me it seems that the misunderstanding for you is 
that IGuestMouseEvent is not signalled through IGuest, it's signalled 
through IMouse. Should be quite obvious from the code which handles this 
event in vboxshell.py.
