I also have this question. Virtual Box starts up on port 5000, this conflicts
with another program I have which uses port 5000 and I'd prefer not to have to
change all the config for this program (so need to start it before Virtual
Box).

What are the config values to Enable/Disable or change the port for the
debugger. I can see references in the source code for DBGC/Port (Int) and
DBGC/Enabled (Bool) but don't know enough of the VBox internals to set these
values.
