Comment(by kdajka):

 Unfortunately I won't be in my office in next week, so I won't be able to
 help and debug memleak issue. I would like to rectify that I'm having
 problems with trunk version. Varnish 2.1.5 is rock solid for me. second
 varnishstat listing is snapshot from 2.1.5, the first one is from trunk.

 could you tell me how is called counterpart of "SMA bytes allocated" from
 2.1 in trunk?

 As for other questions:
 -I don't use inline C
 -I strip vary. only gzip or deflate, are allowed in encoding. my backend
 does compression and because of that I have 2 objects per file.
 -I don't know if 2 bans per hour is much I suppose not. on the average I
 have 30 active bans, some of them are duplicates. I'm mostly banning
 objects by setting their ttl=0. I'LLC post my vcl in next week.
