Hi,

This patch provides better protocol negotiation options for 9P client
side. Currently it is possible to specify -noextend flag to request
legacy mode. This patch makes it possible to choose multiple protocol
extension versions. In summary, this is what it provides:

*) New mount option "-o version=". Possible options are 9p2000,
9p2000.u and 9p2010.L. There is no implementation for 9p2010.L yet. 
*) Retains -noextend switch. This selects 9p2000 protocol. 
*) Removes "dotu" variable from everywhere in the code and makes
everything dependent on the newly added proto_version enum field.

The next thing to work on is to provide some basic implementation for
9p2010.L protocol. The plan is to start off with the implementation
being same as 9p2000.u and diverge based on the need.
