Currently implemented:

- fork-server
- http router speaking http with backends
- subscription nodes can choose protocol and load balancing algos
- pluggable lb algos
- backup subscription nodes
- subscription nodes can subscribe to suburl:

- wait-for-fs api (wait for a filesystem to became ready, useful for nfs)
- webdav api (work in progress)
- per-core harakiri
- Emperor attributes

Planned:

- remove the 64k limit for the http, fastcgi and scgi parsers
- multiple queues
