Hi everyone.

I jave just committed support for 'workers' and 'workerN' signal target.
The first one will execute a signal handler in all of the workers. The
second one will execute the handler only in the specified worker.

The uwsgi.signal_wait([signum]) and uwsgi.signal_received() functions have
been fixed and their api behaviour finalized.

You can check to signal doc in the wiki for the usage of this two functions.
