Hi Piotr,

Officially, National Instruments support should be contacted to aid in the
process, but it should be possible. Aside from that, this app note
<https://kb.ettus.com/Converting_an_X310_into_an_NI-USRP_Rio> may be of
interest.

Regards,
Michael

Is it possible to make LabView recognize and X310 motherboard as
different type of USRP RIO than original one? For example to make it
recognize NI RIO 2953R as NI RIO 2954R (that comes with UBX-160)?
I suppose that there might be obstacles for Ettus to answer this
