We do, through the property tree.
These are the properties we expose:

/mboards/0/dboards/A/rx_frontends/A/gain/agc/enable
/mboards/0/dboards/A/rx_frontends/A/gain/agc/mode/value
/mboards/0/dboards/A/rx_frontends/A/gain/agc/mode/options
