Dear Siddarth Mathur,
the LO of the SBX gets generated from the X310 reference clock via
fractional interpolation/decimation.
In other words, the frequency stability is mainly defined by the used
reference. The on-board ref has a frequency accuracy of 2.5ppm; if you
need more accuracy, then you could either use an external 10MHz source,
or a plug-in GPSDO.
