Prefacing this with a big I'M NOT A WINDOWS GUY, but

I think you just download the driver to somewhere convenient, and unzuip 
it.  When you plug the device in, Windows will say "hey, I don't have
   a driver for this, could you point me at a driver?"  You use the 
place where you unzipped that driver package into.  This is pretty-much 
how other
   "non-native" drivers get installed.
