Exactly. And since those companies will develop mostly (like 90% of the
software developed in the world) software for inhouse use, they can use
QT/GPL without paying a buck or releasing anything since the GPL doesn't
force you to release your modifications if the software is not
distributed (and RMS has stated several times that inhouse development
and deploying inside a company is not considered "distribution").
